Questions
What's free?
Every test, as often as you like, and one training session a day with the hold-the-note exercise. Your progress chart shows the last 7 days.
What does Pro add?
Sliding to notes, two-note echoes and short melodies; as many sessions a day as you like; and your whole progress history.
How does the free trial work?
Your first Pro subscription starts with 7 free days. Cancel any time before they end and you won't be charged. The trial is once per account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Settings in your account. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you're not happy, email support@wikivec.com within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it.
Is my voice recorded?
No, on any plan. Your browser measures pitch and throws the sound away. We only keep scores.
