Terms of Service

Effective October 5, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Wikivec Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we”), for your use of EarPitch. By using EarPitch you accept them.

1. The service

EarPitch offers browser tests of pitch hearing and singing, and pitch training for singers. Audio is processed on your device; see the Privacy Policy. Results depend on your device, headphones, microphone and room.

2. Not medical advice

The tests and training are for general interest and practice. They are not medical, hearing or diagnostic tests and are not a substitute for an audiologist or other qualified professional. See how the tests work for their methods and limits.

3. Accounts

The tests work without an account; training needs a free account. Keep your sign-in details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 (16 in the EEA) to create an account.

4. Free and Pro plans

5. Free trial, billing, renewal and cancellation

Your first Pro subscription starts with a 7-day free trial, once per account. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your first payment is taken then. Pro is a subscription billed by Wikivec Inc. through Stripe; it renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings; Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. If you're not happy, email support@wikivec.com within 14days of your first payment and we'll refund it. This doesn't limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live. We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use EarPitch to break the law, or to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer its server systems or circumvent its plan limits.

7. Open-source components

EarPitch includes open-source software under its own licenses, listed on the Licenses page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licenses.

8. Disclaimers

EarPitchis provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee any particular improvement in your singing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Wikivec Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to EarPitchis limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you paid nothing. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using EarPitch and delete your account at any time; deleting it cancels any subscription. We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms. Sections 8, 9 and 11 survive.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring claims in your local courts.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after we post them and notify account holders by email.
